Steak Roast was held August 16th at Karens house. Fun was had by all 22 tri-Ver’s in attendance even though we didn’t have steak. The menu was Smoked brisket, sausage, hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, corn on the cob, cole slaw, and salad. We finished up with chocolate cake and ice cream bars. A special thanks to Karen for the use of her pool and deck, Bill for smoking the brisket and Dale for cooking.
