The TRI V golf season ended on August 10th. The 1st half winner was Bill Trachsel and Mike Lewandoski won the 2nd half. Jerry Whitefoot and John Mackson were the wild cards. The 2026 champion was Mike L for the 2nd year in a row. Congratulations to all the playoff golfers for a great season.

Tri V Picnic 2026
The Tri V picnic was held on Sunday August 16th at Dave a Kim’s home. The weather looked threatening but the day turned out to be very nice. There were 17 adults and 4 kids. We had lunch around 1:30 with chicken, a bean salad and a number of fruit dishes. The kids spent a good part of the day in the pool and then went into the house and played board games. Due to the low number of kids and the time they spent in the pool we did not have any of the usual games but everyone seemed fine with that. The budget was $175 and we spent $10 one popsicles and gave $25 dollars to Dave and Kim for the use of their home. $140 was returned to the club.

Reminder The Tri V Steak Roast will be held at Karen Thrifts home (5262 Parview Drive Clarkston) on Saturday August 29th. The pool will be open after 2:pm with dinner around 4:30. Bring your own drinks and place settings.
