    PICNIC REMINDER The Tri V picnic is scheduled… 

    PICNIC REMINDER
    The Tri V picnic is scheduled for July 17th at Rotary Park in Livonia. Plan on arriving around 12:30 and we will eat approximately 1:00. Bring a dish to share plus your own beverage’s plates, silverware, napkins, etc we will have an alcohol permit for the day. Kids

    Tri V Anniversary Party

    The Tri V Anniversary Party is scheduled for Saturday September 10 2022. The evening will begin with an optional tour of the Ford Piquette Plant. The Piquette Plant is the home of the Model T. There are several of the rare Model T’s on display. The plant has many of the original wooden floors which may be worn and uneven. The tour will begin at 2:30 and end at 4p.m. the cost is $12 per person.
    Dinner will be at the unique Detroit Shipping Company. This urban-chic hub contains 6 restaurants, bar’s, a art museum and a stage. We will be seated in our own container and can choose from any of the restaurants for our dinner. For you admission you will receive a coupon for 1 drink and 1 dinner. Our dinner reservation is at 5pm. Dinner cost will be approx. $35 per person.
    Please let the committee know if you plan to attend the tour or dinner or both. We need to complete our reservations soon so please let us know by July 25th.

    Correction—The Date is the 10th, and the name of the restaurant is The Detroit Shipping Company.

    It is sad to report that Romas Bliudzius… 

    It is sad to report that Romas Bliudzius past away April 27. He will lie in state on Sunday, May 1st at 2pm until services. The funeral home is Vermeulen-Sajewski located at 980 N. Newburgh Rd. Westland, MI.

    This is a reminder that the Tri V… 

    This is a reminder that the Tri V golf season begins this Monday April 11th at Hickory try to be a little early so we can begin on time at 4:30. Prize money will be the same as last year $30 per half. I will be collecting prize money starting Monday if you know you will be getting in. This year each golfer can only make up a golf round (pre golf or later date golf) 3 times for the season. Golfing the same Monday in the morning is allowed. See you Monday.

    There will be a Tri V meeting on April 12th at the bowling alley starting at 6:30. We will have the 2nd reading and vote of the constitutional changes proposed last month. This should be a short meeting. Please try to attend.

    This is a reminder of the Tri V meeting with the election of officers Tuesday March 8th at 6:15 at the bowling alley. Please try to attend. If you can’t attend, make sure to get your absentee ballot to Nick. If you want to volunteer for an office or for the council, make sure to let Nick know.

    Election will be held at our March meeting. Per Article IV, section1 Item2 — All members eligible to vote may cast a vote by Absentee ballot. It is the responsibility of the member to request an absentee ballot. Please contact Nick Angelosanto to request a ballot.

    Council Members will also be elected.
