The Tri V Council party will be held on Sunday February 5th at the Cadiuex Cafe in Detroit for feather bowling and dinner. We have 2 lanes reserved at 3:00pm for one hour. Dinner will follow. There will be a small assessment to cover half the cost of the feather bowling lanes. If you would like to attend and are not yet signed up please call or text me at 734-751-2658 as soon as possible.

We were sorry to hear that Karen Thrift’s father Norman Dehaven passed away December 28th. Karen flew back to Michigan to be with her family. The family is planning on having a memorial sometime in May. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
Just a friendly reminder that the stag event is tomorrow (Nov 13) at Great Shots Backyard Bar and Games (36901 Garfield Rd). The event will start at 1 PM. Cost will be approximately $30 per person which includes 2 hours of cornhole and lunch. If you have not already RSVP’d for the stag and you would like to join us, please send me a text (734-658-7115) so I can include you in our final head count. I look forward to seeing you all there.
The Tri V meeting for Tuesday November 8 is being postponed for one week until November 15. Our turn out is always small and with Tuesday being election day several members will be working the polls and unable to attend.
In case you were not at the meeting last night, the date for the October Stag Event has changed. It will now be held on Sunday, November 13th from 1-3 PM at Great Shots Backyard Bar and Games in Clinton Township. Please still let me know if you will be able to attend. If you have already signed up to go, just let me know if your status changes.

There will be a Tri V meeting on Tuesday October 11th at the bowling alley starting at 6:30.
We will be holding the stag event at Great Shots Backyard Bar and Games in Clinton Township on Sunday, October 23. Great Shots is an indoor cornhole bar. We will have a private room from 1:00-3:00 to play some cornhole, have a few cold beverages and watch some Lions football (optional). The bar does not have a kitchen yet, so we will be bringing in food at an additional charge. Please let me know if you plan on attending so we can get an accurate count and set up some sort of cornhole tournament.

The Tri-V Anniversary Party is next Saturday, September 10th. The evening will begin at the Ford Piquette Plant located at 461 Piquette Ave. in Detroit. Our tour runs from 2:30 until 4. The tour costs $12 per person. There is limited a/c in the building and since it still has the original wooden floors some may be uneven. If you have signed up for the tour but your plans have changed, please call or text Brian so we are not waiting for you to begin the tour.
Our dinner reservation is at 5pm at the Detroit Shipping Company, which is located at 474 Peterboro St. in Detroit. The Detroit Shipping Company is a restaurant collective featuring six premium food truck style eateries, two bars, two retail shops, two art galleries and a stage.
There is free parking at each location.
