  Dear Members,
  As we embrace the vibrant spring season, I am delighted to share the exciting lineup of events we have planned for our esteemed social club. Our club, with its rich history spanning 80 years, continues to thrive thanks to the camaraderie and active participation of each member.

  Upcoming Events:
  Couples Lunch: April 13th – Zukey Lake Tavern
  Please contact Nick Angelosanto if there are any questions.

  Open House: May 17th, Downing Farms Golf Coarse
  Please contact Nick Angelosanto if there are any questions.

  Anniversary Party: May 30th. Jimmy John’s Field – Baseball game.
  Please contact Jay Trachsel if there are any questions.

  Picnic: July 27th at Rotary Park – Shelter #3.
  Please contact Jay Trachsel if there are any questions.

  Steak Roast: Proposed dates for annual Steak Roast are August 16th or 17th.
  Please contact Jack Schaefer if there are any questions.

  Fall Stag – We will set something up and let everyone know.
  John Mackson is taking recommendations.

  Winter Event: October 30th, Parade Company Tour

  Bowling wraps up soon and it appears that we have two teams near the top, good luck to those participating.

  Additionally, I wish all our golf enthusiasts a fantastic season starting Monday, April 14th. May your swings be smooth and your games enjoyable!

  Meeting 

  The meeting tonight will be at Perfect Game Bowling Center at 6:30.
  I know this is ideal for those bowling, however, maybe not for others in the club to attend. If there are any updates or things that you would like to have communicated, please let me know and we will get it out through the site or via e-mail.

  Winter has appeared 

  Hoping everyone had a nice and healthy Christmas and New Year. Here we are in January and the weather has finally hit us and it is cold. I trust that everyone is able to keep warm and safe during this weather. As for the club, I unfortunately did not make last month’s meeting due to being ill and have a conflict this month. Therefore, I do not have anything to report. I do know that dues are being collected and if you have not done so, please get them to Brian. I will have to catch up on the events and get back in touch with everyone soon.

  PS: The meeting is tonight for those that can make it.

  September – Fall is here (maybe) I do not know. 

  I have to admit after leaving this fond state for a couple of years, I have forgotten the inconsistent consistency of the change of seasons. Today I believe we will be in the mid 80’s after going to work yesterday is the 50’s. This is what makes us good hearty mid-westerners. Wishing everyone a good fall. I will bring updates after the meeting tonight but encourage everyone to check the events calendar and wish everyone anniversary or birthday greetings.

  Hope everyone has had a great summer. Well, fall is here and so are Tri-V meetings. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. Hope to see you next week.

  Four scores and two minutes ago it came… 

  Four scores and two minutes ago, it came to my attention that many of our club will embark on Final Golf weekend. Wish you all great day’s golfing and bug free nights throwing bags. I will not be joining this year but wish you well. Steak Roast is also right around the corner, hope we all can get together and fellowship at this time. Back to school for those of us with children of age or might even be teacher. Big changes from the summertime activities. May it be smooth for everyone. Next meeting will be in September. Looking forward to seeing you there.
