    Tri V Dinner

    Tri V Dinner
The Tri V Dinner (formerly Final Marbles or Final Pinochle) will be at THE CORNER Grill, Bar and Game Room.
The Corner is a bar and restaurant in Ferndale. The Corner is noted for its wall of games. We will have a 2 hour private area to play board games, eat and drink on Sunday April 2nd. You can pick from the wall of games or the Game Master can help you select a game. Our time slot will be from 3:30 until 5:30. If they aren’t busy we may be able to extend our time.
The Corner is located at 344 W. Nine Mile. The menu is somewhat limited but hopefully you can find something you will like. You can check them out on line at thecornerferndale.com.
As a bonus there is axe throwing available upstairs at Detroit Axe. You can reserve axe throwing in advance either on line or by phone for after our dinner and games Axe throwing costs $40.00 per person for 90 minutes if you reserve your time. You can also take your chances as a walk in after dinner and pay only $20.00 for 60 minutes if available.
We need to reserve our spot and pay a deposit, so please let us know as soon as possible if you are coming or if you are unable to attend.

A number of people have already signed up and selected a day to play. Matt’s house will be kid friendly. Please let me know whether or not you want to play and which location. We will attempt to move people if need be.

2023 Tri V Council Party The Tri V…

    2023 Tri V Council Party
The Tri V council party was held February5th at the Caduiex Café. We had 27 people in attendance and 26 feather bowled. There were 2 lanes from 3:00 to 4:00 with dinner following. We collected $4 per person playing for a total of $96. We divided into four 6 man teams and played two 30 minute games. The payout was $24 per winning team for all four winning teams (one winner per lane for both games).
    Team 1 Jan C, Kim B, Nick A, Matt H, Katie S, Kristen T won 2 games $48
    Teams 2 Jackie S, Jack S, George H, Jay T, Ken S, Brian T won 1 game $24
    Team 3 Scotty P (perspective) Michele P, Michelle T, Judy L, Chirstine H, Jane T won 1 game $24
Team 4 Liz T, Cal C, Dave B, Bill T, John ( Katie S brother) Mike T did not win
Peggy Hoffman watched the games and had dinner.
The Budget was $100- 2 lanes for 1 hour was $100
Caduiex has redone the lanes and viewing area so it looked roomier. The lanes were much slower do to the new loose dirt.
The food and company was great so it made for a very fun day.
The Council -Dale, Jay, Nick, Jack, Dave
